Welcome to LeaderAwaken. By accessing or using our services on leaderawaken.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

Services refers to live or virtual coaching, workshops, retreats, and consulting focused on awakening conscious leadership.

Info Products refers to digital courses, e-books, guides, and recorded webinars.

Goods refers to physical merchandise offered by LeaderAwaken.

2. Services

Scheduling and Rescheduling: Clients may request rescheduling of sessions with at least 48 hours notice. Fees applied to the original booking may be applied to new dates.

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the first session qualify for a full refund of fees. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund but you may transfer the booking to another client or future program.

Non-Refundable Services: Custom immersive retreats and special engagements require full commitment and are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

Refund Process: Eligible refunds for Services will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

3. Info Products

Purchases of digital courses, e-books, and webinars may be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase and only if no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. After that threshold, the purchase is final.

Refunds for Info Products will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

4. Goods

Physical products are eligible for refund if reported within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging.

To request a refund, contact us at Contact Us to obtain authorization. Eligible refunds for Goods will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of product receipt and inspection. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges for Goods may be arranged subject to availability.
